RETURN POLICY 
We take pride in the craftsmanship involved in the production of each product. The materials and techniques used to create your piece were carefully chosen to ensure a lifetime of use. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or in the unlikely event that there is a defect with your product, simply email us at info@goodsbyhaik.com and we'll get it taken care of!

**Custom requests and orders with stamped initials unfortunately can not be returned unless they are defective.**

Defective products can be returned at any time for repair or replacement.

New and unused items (that do not have stamped initials) can be returned for a full refund or credit.

EXCHANGES 
If you would like to exchange your item and it does not have any custom stamped initials, please email us at info@goodsbyhaik.com and include your Full Name and Order Number.

REFUNDS (if applicable) 
If you would like to return your order for a refund and it does not have any custom stamped initials, please email us at info@goodsbyhaik.com and include your Full Name and Order Number. 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and provide you with any additional steps that need to be taken. If your refund request is approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card statement. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@goodsbyhaik.com.

GIFT ORDERS 
If you received a gift that does not have any custom stamped initials and you would like to exchange it, please contact us at info@goodsbyhaik.com. We will provide additional return steps and you will receive a gift credit (via email) for the value of your product. Please include the Order Number and/or the Full Name of the person who gave you the gift.
